I'm old. Well kinda......55......been married 37 years. You figure it out. LOL
I knew I loved him the night we met, yet true intimacy took time. He waited until I couldn't. months and months...We have had our ups and downs and have worked very hard. I will get into that at another time!!
....but we are best friends. I love my family, and they love me. I love my life, all the natural beauty, all animals, and I have Always loved art. It is my time to share and see where it goes. Maybe we can retire some day, but I doubt it. It is hard to build a nest egg. It has always been like that. Remember...jobs come and go....stability is never a given.....but love indures.
I would like to present my few writings here somehow...

The Wall

The Wall appeared almost magically as loneliness engulfed the soul. A free spirit has become bound. A wall was erected to protect. The breath of life becomes shallow. The heart that overflowed with love has become empty. A feeling comes that The Wall may protect what little is left. The death of the spirit is hard to comprehend. Alone, encased and protected, may the soul now listen. Echoes are heard outside the walls. Walls that were built to protect the heart. Vibrations from the echoes will hopefully overwhelm the wall and find a way to break it down. The soul will trust with full faith that it will make The Wall crumble and that the spiri

Excluded from art in high school because of overcrowding. My teacher said it was wrong, she tried to get me in. She said I was a natural artist. That was a long time ago. I am an old lady. In 1991 Hurricane Bob destroyed the building I worked in and I was out of work for a while. Bored, I bought some paints , brushes and canvas and that was it....I was hooked....and have been ever since. Self taught, I am now loving the digital process and hope others enjoy my work.
